Introduction


"Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an that you might understand" (Yusuf/2)

As it is commonly known the last book revealed to The Prophet of Islam and Muslims was in Arabic. Therefore being familiar with this language is essential for believers of Islam, and to achieve this goal and receive the holy book’s guidance, without a doubt one must acquaint himself with literature.
With that in mind, the university’s Arabic faculty attempts to assist students and guide them towards interpreting, translating and understanding the Qur’an, as well as taking advantage of the infallibles’ (A.S) teachings.

Goals

1.    Raising capable individuals in Arabic literature

2.    Providing education in accordance with the students’ needs

3.    Enabling students to better understand religious texts
